Recurring Payments

Payments are set-up to auto-deducted from your debit/credit card on :
1st of every month if month to month lease term.
1st of every 7th month if 6 month lease term.
1st of every 13th month if 12 month lease term.
First month rent will be pro-rated on a daily basis and the difference will immediately be credited back to your card.
